Pembrokeshire Coast Path

I don't know why it is: I've been "blessed" by seagulls more times than I care to remember, and nothing spreads quite like gull poo!

I was born here in Pembrokeshire. I grew up watching the bracken on the cliff change from green to rust to deep umber after the farmers had been out burning in the Autumn; watching the fading light and changing colours over the sea around the  "Donkey's ears" (Porthmynawyd).  Nothing stands still; light, movement, colour, texture. It is all forever on the move.

Being out in it is a joy; painting it is a life's task.
